The Centre will support the career development of the associated faculty members (both academic, administrative and technical) by ensuring attendance and participation at conferences both local and international at least once a year.  Incentives will be put in place both through the institution or the Centre, in appreciation of hard work. Such incentives may include establishing research grants from where faculty members who for example have produced master’s students or PhD graduates. They will be encouraged to pursue postdoctoral fellowships after graduation. For the administrative support staff of the Center to further their career development, sponsorship to job-related conferences nationally and internationally will also be put in place.
